Namaste to all, we at Himalayan Yoga Association are offering 45 Days 2nd part 100 hours hatha/ vinyasa flow / Ashtanga based yoga teacher training, it is self-paced & Online Classes based yoga course.
Course includes pre-recorded and live Zoom sessions on each topic of each subject with clear explanation and demonstration from great teachers.
You can play all the classes even at low internet speed, it’s a completely real learning experience from us to your space.
2nd Part 100 hours yoga course is part of 200 hours yoga alliance certified yoga course, it’s for those who can’t complete the 200 hours in one time so we give them an option to complete 200 hours in two parts, 1st part 100 hrs course and 2nd part 100 hrs course = 200 Hrs certified Yoga Course Completion, after completing 2nd part 100 hours course your are 200 hours certified yoga teacher which makes you able to teach anywhere in the world as a certified yoga teacher.
Important note – Certificate will be provided only after completing 200 hrs, once you are completed 200 hrs yoga alliance certified certificate will be awarded.

Every Month from 2nd to 24th, 2 hours online zoom yoga session everyday from 20:00 to 22:00 IST (Indian Standard Time) Sunday is off day.
