In this Himalayan Yoga Association certified online 7 Days meditation Workshop, we will be doing 2 hrs self-paced practice with recorded sessions, We will be providing all the Pre-recorded sessions login to the students once they are signed up in the course, the best thing is that practitioner will have one year access to all the pre-recorded classes in no additional cost.
